ALHO – Buildings from the room factory

With over 1,200 employees at 15 locations throughout Europe, the ALHO Group is one of the leading suppliers and manufacturers in the field of system assembly. It all began in 1967 when ALHO started producing stationary accommodation units for building sites. From the beginning of the 1980s, ALHO developed the design principle further, creating sophisticated solutions for permanent ALHO buildings based on room modules. Since the company was founded, over 340,000 system units have left the ALHO "room factory". This amounts to an annual production of a constructed area covering over 200,000 m² – or, measured in materials used, 18,500 tonnes of steel, 85 tonnes of filler, 800,000 m² of plasterboard and over 500 truck loads of insulating materials.
